On the last post it states i was trying to a title for my magazine based on three genres; indie, pop and R&B. The seven ideas that came to light out of the 60 were 'Down the Wire' (which gained 18/30 votes), 'Volume!' (6/30 votes), 'Turn It Up!' (3/30 votes), 'Boomer!', 'Insomnia' (1/30 vote), 'Your Music', and 'Bass Line' (2/30 votes). This showed a clear winner - Down The Wire', and once I hade this sorted I began looking at fonts for this magazine and came up with suitable fonts to download. This time there were six ideas but I asked the same age range and another 30 people. The winning font was AKKA (10/30 votes), though there were other fontstyles, these were: 'VTKS New Label' (4/30 votes), 'Moonpie a la monde' (3/30 votes), 'Antsy Pantsy' (1/30 votes), 'Disko' (3/30 votes), 'Movie Star' (9/30 votes). All the fonts that were used for the votes were downloaded mainly from www.dafont.com. Here is a preview of the winning font:
This will however only be used for the title of the magazine as the font would probably be too hard to read if it was left in this font for the articles or captions. I have now also began to create a letter to send to various companies, however I have an e-mail for four of the magazine companies ('Rollingstone', 'Mojo', 'Q' and 'Kerrang!') so it may mean if feedback is given it would be quicker, although for the letters I will include a stamped addressed envelope for the company so if they have time to return feedback to me, there will be no excess time for them to have to spend on the letter so it makes it easier on the company.
